    After being totally dissastisfied with unbelievably rude,lying, staff I attempted to move to another hotel. My lost bag from the airport was essentially held hostage forcing me to stay.

    I did not receive my key when checking in. It stayed on hotel counter until I returned to get it. I left my room for 30 minutes to go to poolside cafe. I pulled door closed when I left. I Returned to find I had been robbed. This was only made worse by the total rudeness and unconcern of the staff. After 18 hours, I finally had the manager express his concern and sympathy for what happened. The rooms smelled. Workmen were running all over with keys to rooms and management said it was all my fault. They finally gave me another room, but I had to move my own stuff (what was left).

    I don't recommend this hotel simply because the service of the staff was poor. Housekeeping wedged open my door in morning and was still open upon my return at 11:30 PM. Front desk was indifferent to my needs. Wireless network did not work at all. Stay could have been much better had the hotel staff treated me as if I mattered. Very disappointed.

    I booked two beds and my room only had one. I went back to the desk and they refused to give me a room with two beds and were rude to me. THey wouldn't even give me a room with two beds on my second night. I asked to speak to the manager and they threw a comment card at me.

    When I went to the room someone in there changing. It was a worker. The front desk was not professional. I was speaking to them and they kept looking at someone else.
